Harry Alford asked the ultimate American question, “What does this have to do with race?” Indeed, what does energy policy have to do with race? He also went on to say that energy policy has nothing to do with his own organization, the National Black Chamber of Commerce. After all, he was there representing businesses, not just black businesses. Bravo to Harry!
